ORDERING PRODUCTS:
We have 3 main ways of ordering products. The first is for purchasers in the USA who have little storage space. These customers can order on line or through e-mail / fax. We do not accept orders by phone, as that has led to problems with product and / or shipping. The products that are available with this program are cataloged under the small retailer tab. In order to view the items and pricing you must have a login name and password. Please e-mail customerservice@illumine-ds.com with the following details and your login information will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. Since we do not sell to the consumer, please e-mail: your company name, address, phone and fax numbers, your tax resale number, your name and your website URL and your e-mail address.
After logging in to the secure area, you will be able to view all of the details concerning the products available under this program and add items to your shopping cart. Ordering is as easy as selecting payment and pressing enter. All prices in this program include shipping to 1 location in the USA. The only thing we require is a $1,500.00 minimum order. For dropshipping to multiple locations in the USA, please enter the shipping information in the comment section item number 1 st , then individual shipping info. There will be a $10 charge for each separate shipping address. This charge will be invoiced separately from the original order.
For small retailers located outside the USA, the same items are available without shipping at this time. Please contact for your pricing and shipping information.
The 2nd way to order products are for purchasers of 50 or more pieces of an item. Please look through the item catalog of available products. Then e-mail orders@illumine-ds.com or call or fax the items and quantity you are interested in along with your company name, address, phone / fax numbers, website and your name and e-mail address. We will e-mail you a specific quotation based on your needs. Sample products are available for a small charge on a per item basis. This purchase option requires a deposit on 30 % with the order and the balance paid at shipping. Custom shading is available
The 3rd way to order is for purchasers who want to custom design their own products. Please e-mail our design and sourcing department at design@illumine-ds.com Please send pictures or drawings of the item you want to create, along with your contact details. The more detailed the information you send, the better we can serve you.
We will contact you if we have any questions prier to our quoting you on the product. There is no need to send professionally designed art or cad drawings, as we have the ability to create them. If you already have these items, it will greatly improve our ability to get you the best possible pricing. Sample price is based on the complexity of the products being designed. This purchase option requires a 30% deposit and balance paid at faxed copy of on-board bill of lading from China. Custom shading is available.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
For the purchaser of the limited quantity products, freight & duty & customs clearance is prepaid. We route the items directly to you. The products ship directly from China after production (about 30 days)… YES, we will produce your item to order even if it is only 1 piece. UPS will then deliver your item (an additional 30 days). Within 60 days your products will be in your or your customer's hands. Quicker delivery options are available at additional cost. For other purchasers, items are quoted FOB China. If you want us to route the freight for you we will be happy to assist. Please let our customer service or sales department know and we will be glad to give you a quote. Most of the products are manufactured within 30 days of confirmed receipt of deposit. If there will be a longer lead time required, you will be notified BEFORE a deposit invoice is sent to you. You will be notified at least 1 week before the shipping date to allow you to route the container for pick-up.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
We strive for 100% quality products and perform QC checks throughout the production and packing process, but sometimes problems do occur. When they do, we want to solve the problem the best way possible.
If a package is damaged in shipping, please notify the carrier at the time of delivery or as soon after as possible.
If glassware is broken upon delivery (even though we take special care for these types of items, this sometime occur) please notify our customer service department with the item number and order number and we will send out a replacement of the glass ASAP at no charge to you.
If shading is damaged upon delivery, please take a picture and send it to our customer service department along with the item number and order number and we will send out a replacement to you at no charge.
For other defective products, please contact our customer service department with the type of problem, item number and order number. We will solve the problem to the best of our ability.
GUARANTEE:
We guarantee our products to be defect free for a period of 1 year when used in the performance for which they were intend by us when sold. All specifications are correct at the time of the publishing of this website and our catalogs. At time the specifications do change and we will update the information as quickly as possible. If spec's change doing production of an item, you will be notified as soon as possible and you will have the option of changing or canceling the order.
We do not warrant any glass, shading other than being in quality condition upon receipt. We warrant all nonmoving metal, polyresin, wood, stone, aluminum, bamboo, wicker, acrylic to be defect free for a period of 5 years with the exception that we do not warrant against scratches and other damages caused by the user. Our total liability for the defect is the cost of the item paid to illumine-ds by the reseller or replacement of the item to the reseller at our discretion. Any disputes arising from this guarantee or products sold by illumine-ds shall be judged in the public courts of the PRC.
