Is it true you can ship small quantities directly from China?
Yes we are able to produce and ship very small quanties of some of our products to the USA. In cooperation with our factories and UPS, we have been able to manufacture and deliver as little as 5 pieces from China. Our only requirement is that the order totals a minimum of $1,500 US dollars.
How long before my order ships?
Since we manufacture all items to order, it will take an average of 30 days to produce your items. It will take approximately 30 additional shipping days to receive your products.
How do I pay duty and custom charges?
If you are ordering through our limited quantity category, we pay all duty, customs and freight charges to the USA. If you are a larger user and want to order product FOB China, you should enlist the help of a customs broker within your country. We can assist you in this if you require.
How do I pay for my items?
If you are purchasing from our limited quantity category, you can pay by credit card through the payment systems listed or by wire transfer to our bank in the USA. Please contact our customer service department if you want to pay by wire transfer for that information. If you are purchasing through the other 2 programs, a 30% deposit is required at order placement with the balance paid upon receipt of an on-board bill of lading. This can be accomplish through a wire transfer to our bank or through a irrevocable letter of credit payable in our favor.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We respect the privacy of the information you send us. We will not sell or give your information to any 3 rd party unless it is needed to fulfill the orders or questions you have given to us. We reserve the right to utilize the information you give us for our own or our corporate use.
Are the items listed on your website or in your catalog the only products you have?
No, we are limited in the space that we have to promote products. We have 1000's of designs that are available for sale, if you are looking for something not shown on our site, contact design@illumine-ds.com and we can see if the item you are looking for is currently in our portfolio. If it is, we can send you a quotation within 24 hours. If it is not, we can design / manufacture the product for you as long as there is not a design patent on the item.
How can I talk to someone about your products?
Call us and leave a message (if not during China working hours) or e-mail us. We will return your call within 24 business hours. In the USA, you can call our California number (although it rings here in China). We are currently hiring sales representatives in the USA. If there is one in Your area, they would be pleased to come and discuss illumine-ds face to face. We also attend the Las Vegas Market and would be please to meet with you there.
